Andy Palmer, Parallel Founder March 21, 2011 at the Microsoft NERD Center

A special thanks to returning participants of the Founder Dialogues event series and a warm welcome to new participants.  In true New England fashion, we did not let the snow affect attendance.  Founder Collective hopes to continue the growth of this important series showcasing local founders.

Andy Palmer, Parallel Founder, spoke of his unconventional start into the start-up world and brought thought-provoking insight to Founder Dialogues IV at the Microsoft NERD Center.  Valuable take aways from FD IV : Andy’s push for more of a founder culture in Boston; Defining Andy’s role and value as a parallel entrepreneur involved in several projects; And Andy’s own personal attachment and pride to each company he is/ was involved in.

Here you will find a video and photographs capturing the event.  As you will see, “Boston needs 1st time CEO’s and for them to be as successful as possible, as fast as possible… The rules have changed but the passion is still there”.

A special thanks to Tyler Magnin, VisibleGains and VentureFizz for producing the video of this event.  Of course, a big thank you to Andy for motivating all of us.

As always, please feel free to post any comments.  We continually try to improve your experience at these events so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
